The Challenge
Following a period of rapid growth, Payless Drinks needed a digital solution to improve their reach and customer engagement. Their lack of an online presence was limiting sales and growth opportunities.
Without a website, Payless Drinks struggled to connect with customers beyond physical stores and missed opportunities to expand their business. They also needed a streamlined solution to integrate with third-party delivery apps and manage online orders efficiently.
With the goal of enhancing their digital footprint, Payless Drinks sought our help to develop a website, integrate with delivery services, and build a digital strategy to help them stay competitive in the market.
What did
Mershark do
Payless Drinks & Mershark’s team shared a goal of building a strong digital presence to support their growth. We began our partnership in early 2021 and focused on two main areas: Website Development and Digital Strategy Consulting, helping Payless Drinks enter and thrive in the online marketplace.
Website Development – We designed and built a responsive WordPress website using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The site highlights their product catalog, simplifies customer navigation, and supports integrations with delivery platforms.
Digital Strategy Consulting – We provided strategic guidance to enhance online visibility. This included setting up and optimizing social media pages and establishing partnerships with platforms like Glovo and Bolt Food to increase customer reach and streamline deliveries.
The Results
- Website built and live
- Third-party app integrations
- Social media presence established
- Increased online orders
- Improved customer engagement
